About the material
Online coating means the coating is applied inline during the dipping process rather than as a separate operation after the glove is formed. In powder-free manufacture, a polymer coating takes the place of the donning powder that was historically dusted inside the glove.
Glove coatings are polymer dispersions, and the published art on powder-free gloves describes cross-linked polyurethane systems, often impregnated with silicone, applied through a sequence of coagulation, dipping, leaching and curing. The coating governs donnability, so its behaviour is judged on the line rather than from a specification alone.
